Shipping policy

Monsieur Truffe currently deliver Australia wide. We try our best, but we can't guarantee overnight services, even for express parcels. 
We often utilise courier services that do not have a ‘return to depot’ process if no one is available to accept delivery.  If you anticipate that no one will be present to sign for goods, consider arranging delivery to a business or other address. We are unable to take responsibility for loss, damage or theft that occurs after delivery is completed.
Orders are shipped on business days. We attempt to avoid our products being in transit over weekends where possible, to avoid unnecessary time in transit, which may compromise product quality.
We are unable to accept responsibility for delays on the part of courier services and shipping companies.
Redelivery charges apply where incorrect address/critical delivery details are submitted by the customer.  Accuracy of entry when ordering is out of our control.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Local Pickup from Brunswick

As an alternative to paying for delivery, we offer free in store pick up for website orders. This is available from our store. Upon placement of your order for pick up, we will be in contact with you when your order is ready for collection. Our hours of operation for collections are 8am-4.00pm Monday to Friday.  We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Take this into consideration when ordering.  In some circumstances, products available on our website may have run out in store.  If this is the case, we will advise you and offer a replacement item, however if this is unsuitable a refund will be given.
